Neben einer beeintr\u00e4chtigten Abbau von oral zugef\u00fchrtem Histamin aufgrund eines Diaminoxidase (DAO)-Mangels kann auch eine gest\u00f6rte Darmflora zu erh\u00f6hten Histaminspiegeln beitragen. Unser Ziel war es, die intestinale bakterielle Zusammensetzung bei Patienten mit nachgewiesener Histaminintoleranz im Vergleich zu anderen Nahrungsmittelunvertr\u00e4glichkeiten und gesunden Kontrollen zu bestimmen. Insgesamt wurden 64 Teilnehmer in die Studie aufgenommen, darunter 8 Patienten mit Histaminintoleranz (HIT), 25 mit Nahrungsmittel\u00fcberempfindlichkeit (FH), 21 mit Nahrungsmittelallergie und 10 gesunde Kontrollen (HC). Alle Teilnehmer unterzogen sich Blutuntersuchungen auf Gesamt- und spezifisches Immunoglobulin E, Plasmahistamin und DAO-Serumaktivit\u00e4t. Stuhlproben wurden verwendet, um Stuhlhistamin- und Zonulinspiegel sowie die bakterielle Zusammensetzung durch 16s rRNA-Sequenzierung zu analysieren. Es wurden keine signifikanten Unterschiede bei den Stuhlhistaminspiegeln festgestellt, aber HIT-Patienten zeigten erh\u00f6hte Stuhlzonulinspiegel. Die Mikrobiotanalyse offenbarte erh\u00f6hte Spiegel von Proteobacteria (5,4%) und eine signifikant reduzierte Alpha-Diversit\u00e4t in der HIT-Gruppe (P = 0,019). Auf Familienebene zeigten die HC eine signifikant h\u00f6here Abundance von Bifidobacteriaceae im Vergleich zu anderen Studiengruppen (P = 0,005), mit den niedrigsten Werten in der HIT-Gruppe (P = 0,036). Auch signifikant reduzierte Abundanzen der Gattungen Butyricimonas (P = 0,026) und Hespellia (P = 0,025) wurden bei HIT-Patienten beobachtet, w\u00e4hrend Roseburia signifikant erh\u00f6ht waren (P = 0,021).
