Peu de donn\u00e9es empiriques existent sur l\u2019influence des r\u00e9gimes alimentaires sur les niveaux de DAO.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sujets\/M\u00e9thodes<\/strong><br \/>\nDans le cadre d\u2019une \u00e9tude prospective utilisant un design crois\u00e9, 18 individus diagnostiqu\u00e9s avec HIT ont \u00e9t\u00e9 randomis\u00e9s pour commencer soit un r\u00e9gime pauvre en histamine (LHD) soit un r\u00e9gime mixte conventionnel (MXD). Les concentrations de DAO dans le s\u00e9rum ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9es au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9tude et apr\u00e8s chaque phase di\u00e9t\u00e9tique. Un groupe de contr\u00f4le a subi des \u00e9valuations de DAO similaires sans imposer de contraintes di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R\u00e9sultats<\/strong><br \/>\nPendant la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 un r\u00e9gime restreint en histamine \u00e9tait mis en place, aucune diff\u00e9rence notable dans les changements des niveaux de DAO n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e par rapport aux changements constat\u00e9s durant la phase mixte (MXD). Sp\u00e9cifiquement, parmi le groupe, 10 des 18 patients ont montr\u00e9 des valeurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es de DAO apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9gime LHD, tandis que les huit autres ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des niveaux de DAO r\u00e9duits ou inchang\u00e9s. La pr\u00e9valence des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de DAO dans le groupe LHD n\u2019a pas diff\u00e9r\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative de celle observ\u00e9e dans le groupe de contr\u00f4le durant la phase MXD. De plus, durant la phase LHD, les patients ont signal\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction significative des sympt\u00f4mes gastro-intestinaux et cutan\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><br \/>\nCette investigation prospective souligne l\u2019utilit\u00e9 persistante d\u2019un r\u00e9gime restreint en histamine, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9introduction di\u00e9t\u00e9tique structur\u00e9e, comme une approche diagnostique efficace pour les personnes pr\u00e9sentant une hypersensibilit\u00e9 histaminique suspect\u00e9e li\u00e9e aux aliments. Il est notable que la mesure des niveaux de DAO semble offrir une capacit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e \u00e0 discerner les fluctuations induites par le r\u00e9gime.
