INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the blueberries, sugar, cinnamon (if tolerated), and water to a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the mixture becomes largely syrupy.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes to cool down, and meanwhile, toast the slices of baguette or your buckwheat bread in the grill, for about eight minutes.
